About Me
Since I was little, I have always been curious and observant. At parties, I was the one who sat in a chair and observed everything in detail. I was reticent, but it was because my mind was always going to a thousand, processing everything I saw and questioning it, analyzing it, and drawing conclusions from how the people around me behaved and what they did.
That curiosity led me to study political science. Not only because I have always been passionate about politics and grew up in it, but I also love to understand how and why human beings behave the way they behave in society.
However, in 2020, when I began my spiritual and mental transformation process, I realized there were other ways of understanding social behavior. Still, first, I had to start to understand myself. It was so that in my search to get to know myself in the different physical, mental and spiritual aspects; I learned self-awareness tools that have taken me to where I am today and to create "be the nour."
Be the Nour or "be the light" was born in a dream approximately in 2019. During that dream, I connected with my unconscious, or what we called the soul. From that dream, I recognized that I had to expose my self-awareness process to inspire others to find themselves, rediscover themselves, and understand who they can become.
